Home Care Assistance’s caregivers are best trained, screened and experienced working with older adults. HCAI is performing to find to our clients the most reliable, caring, and loving caregiver. All caregivers before we hire them, have to pass training program according to law. We carefully check references, criminal background and documents proving their legal right to work in the USA before to hire them. We build a long-term relationship with our employees. It is very important for us that out caregivers is satisfied with their hourly payment, Medicare and our working relationship. There are two types of caregivers: the primary caregiver provides care for 4-5 days a week, and the back-up caregiver takes over for the remainder of the week.
